Because of the different topography and water-stone in each place, the types of steel gates we use will be different, but the two common gates are plane steel gates and arc steel gates, so what is the difference between them? Plane steel gates and arc steel gates are mainly based on steel gates The shape of door leaf is classified. Gate is the control equipment in various channels of water conservancy and Hydropower projects, which is widely used in small and medium-sized water conservancy and Hydropower projects, municipal water supply and drainage projects, aquaculture, farmland irrigation and other water conservancy projects. It is used to control the water level and regulate the flow. The gate consists of gate, gate frame, pressure plate, water stop pin and hanging nose. 1. Before installing the gate, check whether the bolts at the connecting parts are loosened due to transportation, loading and unloading, and tighten them if they are loosened. 2. Check whether there is any misalignment between the sealing surface of the main vertical frame and the horizontal frame. If there is any misalignment, loosen the connecting bolt to adjust the sealing surface in the same plane. 3. The whole installation should be adopted when the gate is installed, and the separate installation of the gate frame and the gate plate is forbidden to prevent the deformation of the gate frame. 4. Before the second stage of pouring, the gate is hoisted and positioned as a whole, and the correct position of the gate is found before, after that, the bolt and the reinforcement of the project are welded firmly. 5. Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate board and the gate frame close together and reduce the gap after installation, the gate above 2 meters is equipped with the pressure plate clamp iron on the upper and lower transverse frames, and the top wire is added on the inclined iron of the vertical frame. Note that after the clearance is adjusted, the top wire of the clip iron and the inclined iron will be removed to make the gate open and close.

   钢闸门常常用来开启或者关闭水利工程中的一些过水口,能够起到一个很好的调节流量和控制水位的效果,帮助各种船只顺利通过各个闸口。在实际的应用中由于每个地方的地形和水石有所不同,我们使用的钢闸门的种类也会有所不同,但是比较常见的两种闸门是平面钢闸门和弧形钢闸门,那么这二者之间又有何区别呢?   平面钢闸门和弧形钢闸门主要是依据钢闸门的门叶的形状进行分类的。平面型门叶钢闸门的挡水面板是平面的,而弧形钢闸门的挡水面板在设计制作当中则制作成了弧形的。二者之间比较好判别,一般只要看到了钢闸门依据门叶不同很快就可以知道哪个是平面钢闸门,哪个是弧形钢闸门。   当然,二者之间的差异不仅仅是体现在形状上,性能用途方面也是有所差异的,平面钢闸门的由于结构相对简单,制造起来也比较简单,造价也因此比较低一些,维护起来也比较简便,使用过程也不是很繁琐
 
钢制圆形闸门被运用到水利工程当中,其主要的作用就是满足排水要求,对排水量进行调节,现在市面上销售的钢制圆形闸门已经在原来的基础上,无论是在功能方面,还是在性能上面,都较以前有了明显的改善。其内部采用了先进的制作工艺,在强压的作用下,将其内部结构之间进行了严格密封,而在钢制圆形闸门两端,则采用的是焊接技术,在制作完成之后,还要对钢制圆形闸门表面进行处理,提高表面的耐磨性能,以及抗擦能力,终达到提高其使用寿命的作用。。而弧形钢闸门由于在制作过程中需要对它的形状进行特殊的打造,因此生产工艺相对复杂一些,价格也比平面钢闸门略贵,安装过程也比较复杂,但是它的性能是比较高的。
 
闸门是水利水电工程中各种渠道上的控制性设备,广泛应用于中小型水利水电、市政给 排水工程、水产养殖、农田灌溉等水利工程。它是用于开启控制水位,调节流量的作用。 闸门由闸板、闸框、压板、止水销、吊鼻等组成。 1、在闸门安装前,先检查各连接部位的螺栓是否因运输装卸中造成的松动,如有松动应加以紧固。 2、检查主立框与横框连结上的止水面是否有错位,如有错位则松动连接螺栓将止水面调整在同一平面内。 3、闸门安装时应采用整体就位安装,禁止闸框、闸板分体安装,防止闸框变形。 4、二期浇筑前将闸门整体吊装就位后找好前后、左右的正确位置,然后调整螺栓与工程配钢筋焊牢固。 5、闸门出厂前,为了使闸板、闸框贴合的更紧,安装后减少间隙,2米以上的闸门在上下横框上安装了压板卡铁,立框的斜铁上增加了顶丝。注意在间隙调整后将卡铁和斜铁上的顶丝拆除,以使闸门启闭。
